Meet Olivia
I'm Olivia, the founder of Blue Virtual, and if you know me you already know I can't sit still.
My background is a mix of business management, social media, event management, and real estate sales, which sounds like a lot until you realise it's really one skillset wearing different outfits. Keeping a lot of moving parts on track, under pressure, without dropping the ball. That's the job, whatever industry you're in.
I've worked with businesses and organisations to simplify operations, improve customer experience, and build marketing that actually connects instead of just looking nice. Somewhere in there I also became a mum of three, which will either make you trust me with your chaos or run for the hills. Type A to my core, and yes, I'm the one in my friend group who ends up organising everything because someone has to and I genuinely enjoy it.
My goal is simple. Help you change the way you handle your workload so you can actually find that work life balance everyone talks about and almost nobody has.
When I'm not knee deep in someone else's inbox, you'll find me with an extra spicy margarita somewhere warm, ideally with sand between my toes and zero notifications.
